I did it!! I hiked one of the tallest mountains on the island! You can ask just about anyone here.. I'm not really into hikes. The whole horrendously humid, bugs, and mud thing isn't really my forte. But this experience here in Samoa is about change. About pushing myself and exploring my limits. So I promised myself one hike. Just one! I made Elana come with me. Poor Elana. Haha. She had to listen to me moan and groan the entire time. She was a great sport though. She waited for me and took breaks when I wanted. Soon enough we were at the top!! The most beautiful sight!! I took a lot of pics bc I probably won't be hiking this again any time soon. ;) After 4 long hours, we were done! Officially hiked Mt. Alava!!
